What we collect

When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, optional interest topic, and message content. Server logs may record IP address, browser type, and pages visited. If you accept analytics cookies, we may collect aggregated visit statistics as described in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it

We process contact details to respond to seat requests, schedule training, send confirmation messages, and improve the Site. Legal bases include steps prior to a contract, our legitimate interest in operating the studio, and consent where you accept optional cookies.

Retention

Inquiry messages are kept up to twenty-four months unless a longer period is needed for an active enrollment or dispute. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form according to the tool settings. You may ask us to delete inquiry records sooner when the law allows.
